General information

The following information gives a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit our website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally. Detailed information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy set out below this text.

Data collection on our website

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?

Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. Their contact details can be found in the legal notice of this website.

How do we collect your data?

On the one hand, your data is collected when you provide it to us. This may, for example, be data you enter into a contact form.

Other data is collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is mainly technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of the page request). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter our website.

What do we use your data for?

Part of the data is collected to ensure the website is provided without errors. Other data may be used to analyse your user behaviour.

What rights do you have regarding your data?

You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data. For this and for further questions on data protection, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Analysis tools and third-party tools

When you visit our website, your browsing behaviour may be statistically analysed. This is done mainly with cookies and so-called analysis programs. The analysis of your browsing behaviour is usually anonymous; the browsing behaviour cannot be traced back to you. You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. Detailed information on this can be found in the following privacy policy.

You can object to this analysis. We will inform you about the options for objecting in this privacy policy.

2. General information and mandatory information

Data protection

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

When you use this website, various personal data are collected. Personal data is data that can be used to identify you personally. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.

Please note that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) may have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Information on the responsible party

The party responsible for data processing on this website is:

The site operator
GUYMAX CONSULTING LTD.
Managing director: Maximilian Hitzler
Leoforos Tasou 9, Villa Andros 1
8560 Peyia

Telephone: On request
Email: info@the-last-party.com

The responsible party is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g. names, email addresses or similar).

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent you have already given at any time. An informal email to us is sufficient. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

In the event of data protection violations, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for data protection matters is the state data protection officer of the German federal state in which our company is based. A list of data protection officers and their contact details can be found at the following link: https://www.bfdi.bund.de/DE/Infothek/Anschriften_Links/anschriften_links-node.html.

Right to data portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.

SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the address bar of the browser changing from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Information, blocking, deletion

Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. For this and for further questions on personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice.

3. Data collection on our website

Cookies

The website partly uses so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions you have requested (e.g. shopping basket function) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of its services. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies for analysing your browsing behaviour) are stored, these are dealt with separately in this privacy policy.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources.

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, which permits the processing of data to fulfil a contract or pre-contractual measures.

4. Social media

The content on our pages can be shared on various social networks such as Facebook, Twitter or Google+ (or other social networks). However, we do not use any plugins provided by the social networks on our pages. These tools automatically and without being asked transfer a large amount of user data to the operators of these social networks.

5. Plugins and tools

Map display (MapLibre / OpenFreeMap)

For interactive maps we use the open-source library MapLibre GL JS. The map tiles are loaded from the OpenFreeMap service (https://openfreemap.org/), which is based on OpenStreetMap data. When the map loads, your IP address is technically transmitted to the tile server; according to the provider, no user profiles are created and no cookies are set. This is done in the interest of an appealing presentation of our content (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Map data: © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL).

Local fonts

This site uses locally hosted fonts. No connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts) takes place.

Consent management (Klaro)

For services that require consent we use the self-hosted open-source solution Klaro. On your first visit a notice appears in which you can allow or reject individual services. No service requiring consent is loaded without your consent. Your decision is stored in a cookie or in your browser’s local storage (legal basis: § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR). You can change or revoke your choice at any time via the “Privacy settings” link in the page footer.

Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics is only loaded if you have consented to the “Google Analytics 4” service via the consent management (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG). Consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies that enable an analysis of your use of the website. Among other things, the pages visited, time spent, approximate location based on a shortened IP address, device type, browser and the source through which you reached the website are recorded. Google Analytics 4 shortens IP addresses before processing; the full IP address is not stored. We use the data to understand which content and tools are used and through which channels visitors find us.

The data collected is usually transferred to Google servers and stored there, including in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; in addition, standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission are in place. The retention period for user and event data at Google is set to 14 months. A data processing agreement is in place with Google.

Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245. You can also prevent data collection with the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

6. Online marketing and affiliate programmes

Amazon Associates programme

The operators of these pages participate in the Amazon EU Associates programme. Advertisements and links to the Amazon.de site are embedded on our pages by Amazon, through which we can earn money via advertising fees. Amazon uses cookies for this in order to track the origin of orders. This allows Amazon to recognise that you clicked the affiliate link on our website.

“Amazon cookies” are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in this, as only the cookies make it possible to determine the amount of its affiliate commission.

Further information on data use by Amazon can be found in Amazon’s privacy notice: https://www.amazon.de/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=footer_privacy?ie=UTF8&nodeId=3312401.

Amazon product images and prices

With your consent (service “Amazon Partnerprogramm (Produktbilder & Live-Preise)” – Amazon Associates, product images & live prices – in the privacy settings), we show current images and prices from Amazon in product recommendations. Our server retrieves the data via the interface of the Amazon Associates programme (Creators API) and caches it for a maximum of 24 hours; your browser requests it from our own server (/api/products.php). No personal data is transmitted to Amazon in the process. However, your browser loads the product images directly from Amazon servers (m.media-amazon.com); in doing so, your IP address and technical information about your browser are transmitted to Amazon.

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG. Without consent, you see the recommendations without image and price. You can revoke your consent at any time via the “Privacy settings” link in the page footer.
